今回の地震に際しまして、FTC創設者、責任者マークとクレイグ・キールバー
ガー兄弟よりFTCJの仲間や被災した皆様へのメッセージが届きましたのでご紹介します。

On behalf of everyone here at Free The Children International, we would like to send
our sincere condolences to you and your families in this difficult time. When we
first heard the news of the devastating earthquake and tsunami just a few days ago,
our thoughts went right away to all of you as we hoped that each of you were able to
remain safe and unharmed. We are watching with great concern as the severity of last
week’s events come to light, and are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
Please know that we are sending our deepest support and good wishes to the FTC Japan
family, and to the whole country, as you work to recover and support each other
during this time.

日本のみなさんとみなさんのご家族が、このような難しい時を過ごすことに対
して、フリー・ザ・チルドレン・インターナショナルの全員の代表として、心
からのお見舞いを申し上げます。
数日前、恐ろしい地震と津波のニュースを初めて聞いた時は、すぐにみなさんの安全と無事を
願いました。カナダでも先週の過酷な出来事が次々と報道されるようになってきましたが、そ
れを見ながらみなさんの事を思い、祈っています。FTCジャパンのみなさん、そして日本全国
が協力しあって復興へと向かっている時だと思いますが、私たちもみなさんへ大きなサポート
をしたいと願っている事が、励ましとして受け入れてもらえたら嬉しいです。
