チャリティー・マラソンのボランティアスタッフ大募集！
Wanted: Volunteers for a charity-run（Please scroll down for English）

年が明けると箱根駅伝ですね！
そのすぐ後、1月15日（日）には、米空軍横田基地内でチャリティー・マラソン(第31回横田フロストバイトロードレース)が行わ れますが、
その主催団体であるYokota Striders Running Clubが、収益の一部をFTCJの事業に寄付をしてくださる事になりました！！！

しかし！！！寄付をもらうためには、当日FTCJ側 からボランティア・スタッフを提供する事になっています。
そして、その数に応じて、寄付が増えることになっています。

そこで、ボランティア・スタッフ大募集です！！！
場所：横田米軍基地（ＪＲ青梅線牛浜駅より徒歩5分）
時間：朝6時 から15時ぐらいまでです。
ボランティア内容：特に難しいことはなく、当日の参加者の対応などです。
目標は30名 ！

普段入れない横田米軍基地内でボランティアしてみませんか？
ランチなども、日本では食べられない、アメリカンなものが食べられると思います！

※申し込み締め切り：12月9日(金)厳守。米軍基地に名簿を提出する必要があるため、ボランティアを希望する方は、この日までに必ず申し込みをお願いします！
※条件：中学生以上

＜持ち物＞
当日は、入場の際に顔写真と住所が乗っている身分証明書が必要になる可能性がありますので（学生証・運転免許証、パスポートなど）、前もって準備してくださ
い。

このイベントにボランティアとして参加するだけでも、国際協力につながります！
しかも！前日はFTCJオフィスにて、FTCJ同窓会も行われるので、泊まりながら両方参加する事も可能です♪

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing okay with the cold weather! With
Hakone-Ekiden marathon coming up soon, there will be a charity run on
Sunday, January 15th at the Yokota American Air Force Base. The
organizer of the event, Yokota Striders Running Club has decided to give
donations out of the benefit to FTCJ!!!

However, FTCJ needs to provide volunteers to receive donations.
Moreover, the amount of the donation is based on the number of volunteers.

With that, we are looking for volunteers! (Volunteers should be over the
age of 13.)
It will be from 6AM to around 3PM. You won’t be required to do
anything difficult. Our goal is to have 30 volunteers.

Usually, it’s not easy to get on the base, so wouldn’t you like to go
take a look? In addition, it’s likely that you’ll get to eat something
very American for lunch!

If you can volunteer, please send your full name, nationality, date of
birth, present address, permanent address, and vehicle information (if
you’ll be coming by car) to info@ftcj.com.

On the day of the event, you will probably need a photo-ID (passport),
so please be prepared to bring one.

Volunteering at this event is a simple way to help internationally.
Also, there will be a FTCJ reunion party/sleep-over at the office on the
night before, so you can join both if you want to!
